The Advanced Hospital Medicine Fellowship welcomes applications from graduating residents and early-career hospitalists seeking advanced training and leadership development in academic hospital medicine.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of three years of ACGME-accredited training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine prior to the start of fellowship training.

The program accepts applicants who are:

  • United States citizens
  • Permanent residents
  • J-1 visa holders

Application Materials

Applicants should submit the following materials:

  • Current Curriculum Vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from the applicant's current or most recent Program Director or Training Director
  • Personal statement describing career goals, areas of interest, and objectives for fellowship training
  • Medical school transcript
  • ECFMG certificate (International Medical Graduates only)
  • USMLE transcripts, including Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 scores
