Dr. McFadden received his MD from Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland where he stayed for additional year as a Chief Resident. He completed a Nephrology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and joined Cooper after fellowship.

Dr. McFadden is currently as Associated Professor in the Department of Medicine. In addition medical education, he currently focuses his work in the areas of Hypertension in Kidney Disease. He is a past-president of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Society of Hypertension. He also serves as a Vice-Chair for the Cooper University Hospital Institutional Review Board.

When asked to comment about medical education, Dr. McFadden stated "I find it an absolute privilege to be involved in the education of current and future health care providers."

Dr. Weisberg is a nephrologist with the Division of Nephrology of the Cooper Health System, in Camden, New Jersey. He is Professor of Medicine and Associate Dean for Professional Development, Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.

He received his AB degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and his MD degree with honors from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his training in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Weisberg is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology, a Fellow of the National Kidney Foundation, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, where he serves as nephrology representative on the Council of Subspecialty Societies, representing the Renal Physicians Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Renal Physicians Association, and chairs its National Coverage Advocacy Program.

Solomon Dawson, MD, is an assistant professor of medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University as well as an assistant program director for the internal medicine residency. After completing medical school at the University of Virginia, he moved to the Philadelphia area and has completed his internal medicine resident at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, and then his fellowship at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Chief fellow and also completed a fellowship in medical education.

He has joined the Cooper University Hospital staff as a board certified nephrologist and also has positions on the Informatics Committee, Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee, and Medical School Admission Committee. He has been very active teaching at all levels at Cooper University hospital from medical students to residents and fellows. His interests within nephrology include onconephrology, acute kidney injury, kidney biopsies,‚Äã as well as medical education in general.

Outside of medicine he enjoys exploring the Italian Market and cooking (and eating). While he no longer can be part of the University of Pennsylvania Medical Student Orchestra, he is always finding new people to play music with, having himself played guitar and violin for many years.
