I enjoy cooking regional Brazilian dishes for friends and family. Connecting with my culture and sharing a piece of it with people brings me so much joy. I am fond of making Moqueca (I named my rescue Brazilian dog after this dish), Feijao Tropeiro, Feijoada, and Brazilian barbeque.
I also enjoy engaging in outdoor activities that allow me to connect with nature, including hiking, camping, traveling to national parks, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming in lakes and oceans.
