How To Apply:
The Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program participates in ERAS - the Electronic Residency Application Service. The information regarding the ERAS application process and timeline is available on the websites listed below.

We require receipt of the following information in order for your application to be considered:
- ERAS fellowship application
- Curriculum vitae
- Three original letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your current or most recent training director
- A statement describing your training goals and future career plans
- A copy of your ECFMG certificate if you are a foreign medical graduate
- USMLE step 1,2 and 3 (if available)
- US Citizen, Resident Alien or hold a valid J-1 visa *We do not sponsor H-1B visa
The program director and at least two additional faculty members will review applicant files. Invitation for interview will be based upon their recommendations. Interviews will take place in October each year.
