My name is Shruthi Deivasigamani. I grew up in North Jersey, just outside of New York City. I went to Princeton for undergrad, where I studied creative writing and neuroscience. I lived in New York for a few years after college before moving down to Philadelphia for medical school at Jefferson. My interests in medicine include craniofacial and pediatric plastics, microsurgery, medical ethics, and medical education. I also still do a lot of writing-- both medical and nonmedical! I live in Philadelphia, where my husband and I love trying out new restaurants and breweries.
