Working at Cooper

Welcome to Cooper!

Cooper is proud to offer abundant opportunities for development and career growth.

Additional Requirements for Employment

Offer of employment is contingent upon your passing a pre-placement medical examination, including a drug/alcohol screening, background check and receipt of references satisfactory to Cooper University Health Care. You will also be required to comply with the Cooper University Health Care Influenza policy which requires proof of yearly vaccination or declination. If you have already received your vaccination this year, please bring documentation with you to your scheduled physical.

New Employee Orientation

At orientation, you’ll learn how we live Cooper’s mission, vision, and values, along with critical information on our safety policies, legal and ethical obligations, and key Human Resource policies, such as attendance, leave, and standards of conduct. We’ll review our benefits programs, enrollment deadlines, and effective dates so that you can choose the plans that best meet your needs.
