Course Registration Information and Forms

  1. LIFE SUPPORT TRANING CENTER courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC and TNCC) must use appropriate registration form.
  2. Complete the registration form and send check payable to LSTC at Cooper University Hospital , One Cooper Plaza, Dorrance Building, Suite 253, Camden, New Jersey 08103-1489.
  3. Registration forms may be faxed to 856-541-2257.
    Please call (856) 342-2009 to confirm receipt of registration form. 
  4. For questions, call Life Support Training Center at (856) 342-2009 or email LifeSupport@Cooperhealth.edu.

All courses (except for TNCC and ENPC) are free to all Cooper Employees. The fees noted in the catalog are for Non-cooper registrants.

Parking

Cooper Employees must park in their designated parking garage. 

Non-Employees

  • Park at One Cooper Plaza (Main Hospital) for all BLS, ENPC, and TNCC courses 
  • Park at 3 Cooper Plaza( Across the street from main hospital) for all ACLS, PALS, and NRP Courses.

Non -Employees will receive a $6.00 parking pass and will be responsible for paying $4.00 to park for the day.
