UMDNJ/Camden Campus Library

Located on the ground floor of the Cooper University Hospital in the Dorrance Building, the UMDNJ/Camden Campus Library provides a wide range of information resources and services. Our collection reflects the demand for access to electronic materials with 4,500 e-journals and 700 e-books. A small print collection of core journals, textbooks, study/review books, handbooks, and atlases is maintained as well. Both collections are supplemented by an active and efficient document delivery service.

Reference librarians can help with all your information needs including quicksearches and do-it-yourself search training. The librarians also perform expert, comprehensive searches of databases and Internet resources on request.

Library resources are accessed through the home page, umdnj.edu/camlbweb. A simple registration grants borrowing privileges as well as access to all electronic resources. E-books and e-journals are linked through the Full-Text Resources tab. Included under Bedside Resources are Access Medicine, DynaMed, Essential Evidence Plus, and First Consult.

The Cochrane Library, which includes the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, is found at the Database tab. Other useful links are found at Image Collections and Academic Resources.

The library offers 40 public computers, with three printers and a color scanner. Access to this area is provided 24/7 so that the electronic resources and software applications on the library network are always available.
